Rihanna is collaborating with Swiss watchmaker and high jewellery brand Chopard for a joint collection of jewels. The singer-turned-designer worked with creative director Caroline Scheufele to create a range of “joaillerie and haute joaillerie” that embrace “urban chic and classic glamour,” according to a statement.

This is the latest of BadGal RiRi’s design projects, following three Fenty x Puma collections and a footwear collaboration with Manolo Blahnik last spring.

Her upcoming jewellery collection, named Rihanna Loves Chopard, includes minimalist rings, earrings, necklaces and a bangle in gold and emerald green. One of the pieces is an 18 karat rose gold and green ceramic necklace retailing for $3,950 (USD).

Meanwhile the high jewellery capsule includes much more elaborate pieces, like the chandelier earrings (made of sapphires, paraïba tourmalines, tsavorites, rubellites, colored gemstones and diamonds), which she debuted at the Grammys. Prices are available upon request.

A diamond ear clip, an unconventional accessory cool enough for RiRi, is also in the fare. It’s made of Fairmined white gold and 17.18 carat white diamonds.

The Rihanna Loves Chopard collection will launch at the Cannes Film Festival next month (which lasts from May 17-28, 2017). The pieces are currently available for pre-sale online at chopard.com.
