Christmas beckons, and what better way to end the year with an exquisite meal? This festive season, Nobu Kuala Lumpur will be offering an exclusive Omakase lunch and dinner – packed with an assortment of Japanese-Peruvian fusion delights.
Created by Chef Philip Leong to entice and excite diners, the menu will start with a feast for the eyes – an amuse bouche of Oyster Shooter, Salmon Kelp Roll and Ankimo (monkfish pate) with Caviar. Then, move on to the hearty mains which include Kobe Beef with Tamari Pepper Sauce, Poached Lobster with Crispy Watercress before the grand finale, a Christmas forest-esque dessert – Tempura Gen-Mai Cha ice cream, dressed with black goma and green tea olive oil sponge, and finished with berries crumble.
The icing on the cake? A tuna filleting and dismantling show by Sushi Chef Take-San that will take place on Christmas day.
Two seatings for dinner are available, with the first from 6.00 PM to 8.30 PM and the second at 8.45 PM. Visit www.noburestaurants.com/kuala-lumpur for more details.
