Augmenting the brunch scene in Malaysia, The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur offers the perfect opportunity to celebrate a special occasion or simply gather with friends and family to indulge in a lavish spread of high-quality food. Inspired by the daily farmer’s markets in France, the Sunday Brunch at The Brasserie places an emphasis on imported produce.
To kick off this gastronomic expedition, relish in their assortment of quality-imported cheeses, ranging from piquant Roquefort AOP Papillion to creamy Camembert and tangy Vacherin Mont’Or. Next, satiate your taste buds with their extensive display of seafood from the Royal Alaskan King Crab and freshly shucked Fine de Claire oysters, to a selection of freshly smoked and cured salmon. Other delights include The Brasserie’s signatures dishes of Heirloom Tomato and Creamy Burrata and a succulently roasted Black Angus rib eye served with roasted vegetables at the carving station – which also features a fish and poultry dish on rotation.
In addition to the buffet spread, The Brassiere also offers an à la carte menu with specials, such as eggs Florentine and waffle served with foie gras terrine and mango chutney, linguine served with Black Angus bolognaise, and asparagus risotto. To finish the meal on a sweet note, choose from their selection of dessert, including magnum fudge brownies, homemade cinnamon churros, and assorted macarons.
While the Sunday Brunch includes a range of non-alcoholic beverages, such as sodas, freshly squeezed juices, and coffee and tea, you can also choose to enjoy a continuous flow of alcoholic beverages of the signature Asam Boi Mary, Veuve Clicquot, red and white wine. The Sunday Brunch is priced at RM298 nett per person with non-alcoholic beverages and RM468 nett per person with alcoholic beverages between 12.00 – 3.00 pm every Sunday.
