My absolute favourite of the night. With Chef Ryan taking center stage to introduce his personal story, I was given a quick glimpse into his creative mind. Inspired by his love for science fiction, the ordinary cheesecake and mandarin sorbet were given a whimsical upgrade. Then, the third element on the plate is one that will take you by surprise a printed postcard, infused with a specially concocted “scent of the outer space” that comes with NASA’s stamp of approval.
