Celebrating Malaysia for a month is a cherished tradition, and Mokky’s Pizza is diving right in. To join the festivities, they’ve whipped up a menu that’s as vibrant as the nation itself. Now, Mokky’s Pizza is excited to introduce its limited edition Merdeka cuisine: the zesty Kerabu Pizza and the irresistible Tempeh Melt Sticks.
The Kerabu Pizza
By blending the zesty flavours of Nasi Kerabu into the pizza dough, Mokky’s Pizza creates a Malaysian fusion delight that’s bursting with fun and flair.
Kerabu Pizza Specialty:-
- Blue-Hued Dough = Infusing the dough with butterfly pea flowers adds a hint of colour that reflects the significance of the blue rice in Nasi Kerabu.
- Ayam Bakar Percik Base = Forgoing their classic tomato sauce, Mokky’s Pizza now features a rich Ayam Bakar Percik Sauce. This delectable sauce, made from tender grilled chicken marinated in a blend of spices and coconut milk, adds a smoky and sweet flavour to the pizza.
- Toppings = White cabbage, kacang botol, bunga kantan, kacang panjang, and shredded coconut.
