The New Year Revolution

It’s about time we fire up a Revolution to quell all Resolutions.  Let 2018 be a pledge of commitments to challenge the norms, such as blatantly drinking alcohol, do not exercise, have a cheat day every day, procrastinate defiantly and be openly lazy.  If you wish to join the coup d'état, here are the win-win strategies:

Sleep less

Forty winks are so over-rated.  Margaret Thatcher was famously said to get by on four hours sleep a night and this Iron Lady successfully ruled the whole of Great Britain for over a decade! For vitality and joie de vivre, the Everyman Schedule dictates that we only need a daily three-hour sleep plus three twenty-minute naps.  If billions of Chinese in China can nap openly on park benches and snooze restfully over tables at noisy McDonalds, you can surely nap most pleasurably in air condition comfort at your own work desk.  In fact, you should not go home but stay back till you completed your three mandatory naps.  This meant more time on social media as well as indulging in marathon movies and endless reruns on Netflix when you get home!  Besides, fifty shades of dark circles under the eyes is all the latest craze.
