It’s about time we fire up a Revolution to quell all Resolutions. Let 2018 be a pledge of commitments to challenge the norms, such as blatantly drinking alcohol, do not exercise, have a cheat day every day, procrastinate defiantly and be openly lazy. Forget about 5-2, Atkins, Paleo, low carbs, etc. They are all fad diets that do not work because they are programmed to fail. There is no fun stuff in them, such as butter, cream, pizza, French fries, burger, salami, cheese, full cream yoghurt, ice cream, or candy bars. You can’t even have sugar in your coffee or tea. The last time I checked we are on planet earth not hell! Seriously, DIET stands for Delusional Idiotic Eating Tactics! No sooner have you lost two kilos, only to find you have gained four kilos back. So throw the scales away and enjoy every ounce you gain. As all experts agree, stress is the main factor in triggering comfort eating and nothing causes stress more than being on a diet; so don’t go on any diet and you will probably eat less.
