The Exchange TRX Celebrates Cheer & Charity with “Twirl into Wonderland”

How The Exchange TRX’s “Twirl into Wonderland” marries seasonal joy with charitable giving.

A carousel that gives back—now that’s a festive centrepiece worth celebrating. Until January 4th, 2026, The Exchange TRX invites visitors to experience Twirl into Wonderland, where Christmas magic comes with a meaningful twist.

The star attraction sits at Central Exchange’s Ground Floor. Here, a beautifully crafted carousel offers rides for RM10, with all proceeds supporting World Vision Malaysia. It’s an elegant solution to seasonal giving. Rather than asking for donations outright, The Exchange TRX offers joy in exchange—a ride that delights whilst contributing to community welfare.

Surrounded by Seasonal Luxury

The carousel isn’t the only attraction in the Central Exchange. Thoughtfully, it’s encircled by pop-ups from brands that understand festive refinement. L’Oréal Luxe presents holiday collections from YSL, Armani, Lancôme, and Shu Uemura. Molton Brown displays their indulgent gifting ranges. Godiva tempts with chocolate gift sets and soft serve offerings.

SEIBU contributes seasonal apparel and home décor. Meanwhile, cotton candy and popcorn carts inject playful nostalgia into the sophisticated setting. The combination works surprisingly well—luxury brands and childhood treats coexisting without contradiction.

This balance defines the entire campaign. As General Manager Trevor Hill explains, Christmas revolves around connection and discovery. Twirl into Wonderland delivers both. Every element has been designed to spark delight whilst encouraging togetherness.

Beyond the Central Installation

Louis Vuitton joins the festivities with their 2025 Holiday campaign. Through 31 December, their exclusive pop-up presents an enchanted carousel theme. Visitors can explore curated luxury gifting amongst whimsical surprises and seasonal treats.

At TRX City Park, something more cinematic unfolds. From 5 to 28 December, Avatar: Journey Through Pandora transforms the space with bioluminescent installations. Glowing flora, sculptural canopies, and radiant pavilions recreate the film’s otherworldly landscapes. It’s designed to be both family-friendly and camera-ready. Elsewhere, Raintree Plaza hosts the destination’s 60-foot Christmas tree. Illuminated by golden lights and adorned with shimmering ornaments, it creates a striking festive landmark. A charming holiday train nearby offers rides that complement the modern skyline.

Festive Experiences Throughout

Moreover, there are a handful of other pop-ups to explore. There’s Pop Mart at MRT Plaza features crystal ornaments and festive décor. Also, Fresh presents ‘A Taste of Holiday’ at Beauty Galleria—a sensorial journey through scent and skincare. Next, Radiant Korea at Urban Node celebrates Korean beauty and F&B culture.

The Concourse brings a Christmas Market and Harry Potter & Disney Breakfast Buddies Pop-Up. Live performances animate the destination throughout the season. Expect carolling, Christmas parades, and Santa meet-and-greets.

Better still, for shoppers, three redemption tiers offer exciting rewards. Spending thresholds unlock festive blind boxes, holiday scented candles, or exclusive gift sets from Rituals and Godiva, while UOB cardholders receive additional benefits.

What elevates Twirl into Wonderland above typical festive campaigns is its intention, celebrating Christmas cheer with the act of giving. Beautifully, the charitable carousel exemplifies this approach—this here is festive fun with a purpose.
