Casa di Chef
My thoughts on Seochon being one of my new favorite neighborhood in Seoul was a sealed deal when I stumbled upon Casa di Chef during my aimless stroll through the quiet area. To my pleasure, I was quick to find out that this Korean-owned-Italian restaurant had more charm to it than I could imagine. Their menu consists of an extensive list of authentic Italian cuisine; pastas are handmade fresh in their kitchen every single day, while their greens and tomatoes are homegrown and hand-picked by their chefs to conserve the fresh flavors of the dishes.
