The Singapore Festival (SSF) returns for its 28th Edition from 27th August to 12th September. This year’s theme is’ Savour Singapore in Every Bite.’

In conjunction with the Singapore Food Festival, learn how to create your very own Michelin-meal while practising sustainable efforts with Chef Jeremy Gillon from one-Michelin starred restaurant JAG. Award-winning Chef Jeremy Gillon demonstrates the process of making tender ravioli from scratch, utilising Sustenir locally grown Kale and Spinach as well as seasonal French herbs.  Don’t miss out on their culinary masterclasses that are out now until 12th September.
