“Whilst in home isolation I have started to bake again. Baking really relaxes me and I can really escape while doing so. I like the process and method of being precise and getting it right. I also use it to switch off at the end of a long day. It allows me to be creative by trying my own recipes and experimenting with different flavours. You can see in my pic some of my gluten free scones… Nothing cheers you up more than a cup of tea and a scone! It’s good to push yourself and do something outside your comfort zone too in these times, it enables you to learn new things about yourself. I like a challenge and I’m hoping to bake something new every week.”
