“Down Bad” by Dreamville featuring JID, Bas, J. Cole, EarthGang, and Young Nudy

For Revenge of the Dreamers III, J. Cole capitalized on his Dreamville roster’s charisma, calling in whomever he could find to collaborate with his already airtight lineup. What he ended with is a sprawling 18-track project that includes the likes of Rick Ross, Kendrick Lamar, and Vince Staples. “Down Bad” is a ’90s throwback joint that somehow stands out on a track list with seemingly no downfalls.
