For one weekend only, Sitka Restaurant hosts Chef Taku Sekine, who famously apprenticed and cooked at world-famous French chef Alain Ducasse’s three-star Michelin rated restaurant Beige in Ginza and is now at the helm of the highly acclaimed Parisian restaurants Cheval d’Or and Dersou in association with the wild child of champagne Perrier-Jouet. The modern Asian eatery will simultaneously collaborate with Chef Christian Recomio, the man behind the award-winning seafood restaurant Moonfish Cafe in Aberdeen, to present a restaurant takeover and four-hands dinner at Sitka and Studio, respectively. The one-weekend-only affair starts at RM150 per person.
