Fashion search engine Lyst and social media platform Pinterest have teamed up to crunch their huge global data and predict the Halloween costumes people will be wearing this year.

A rumoured 2019 digital reunion tour, and the release of Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again has seen global searches for white platform boots, fringing and metallics to all trend on Lyst.
Key to the band’s iconic 70s disco look, searches for bold, colourful trouser suits and patterned flares have also increased 210 per cent since June. Pinterest saves for ’70s disco makeup, hair and Mamma Mia-inspired costumes are also up a huge 1636 per cent year on year.
